Our Lesson programs

Lessons

At Big Bang Music Center, our 30–60 minute private lessons are crafted to help students build confidence and truly excel on their instrument. We offer instruction in Piano, Guitar, Drums, Vocals, Flute, Saxophone, Violin, and many more. Each lesson is a well-rounded experience, combining technique, music theory, ear training, and learning real songs—so students gain practical skills while playing the music they love. Every session is personalized by our experienced instructors to align with each student’s goals, whether that’s developing classical technique, performing in a band, exploring improvisation, or simply enjoying the process of learning music!

GUITAR ENSEMBLE

Our Weekly Guitar Ensemble is designed for dedicated players looking to take their skills to the next level. This course focuses on advanced techniques, tight group coordination, and musical expression in a collaborative band-style setting. Students work on challenging arrangements, refine timing and dynamics, and develop a deeper understanding of ensemble playing across various styles. Throughout the program, guitarists build confidence performing as part of a cohesive group while sharpening their individual abilities. The course culminates in live event performances, giving students the opportunity to showcase their progress on stage and gain real-world performance experience.

Rock Jam

Our Rock Jam sessions take place every Saturday and cost $45 per week. Once a group is formed, session times are scheduled to fit everyone’s availability. These sessions are designed to be both fun and engaging, giving students the opportunity to learn and play songs from a wide range of genres and eras. Students are encouraged to choose music they’re excited about, with guidance to match their skill level. In addition to learning songs, we introduce basic songwriting skills to inspire creativity beyond the session. Rock Jam also helps students build confidence, connect with others, and develop a deeper love for music. When they’re ready, students have the opportunity to perform locally and showcase what they’ve learned.
